You will never get disappointed when you visit the store ! They don’t just sell you any cycle until you are comfortable… that’s the best part ! Help us to choose , you can ask for ride .. many cycle available for testing … I went for a trek was quite confused but they provide testing multiple vehicle you can take out and be comfortable on the cycle and decide … hardly see these kind of true customer centric approach now days ! Am yet to finalise my model … will soon get the cycle … really happy I visiting this shop

Highly recommend this place for all bike ( cycling) enthusiasts. BCH has tied up with major brands and has wide variety of options for customers, whether you research on your own or just walk in, to get great consultation from Syed and his staff. I had a 2 month long process to select the bike i wanted, Syed suggested me a few and On my research After I decided to go with Road bike, coming from MTB- he was able to review, suggest and match the best pricing I got online/others.

Delivery: 8, reason- could have had a better delivery experience irrespective of the tight schedule of the staff. Was not an ideal delivery experience which shows gratitude to the business given by a customer.
Bike fitting : special mention to his staff who went an extra mile, to ensure they extended their shift to fit the bike , also gave me some good to know advice on bike maintenance etc
Although, from my research I was able to grab the best deal , they took extreme care to match the price.
However - as advertised on Insagram/fb - There was ZERO Accesories/ goodies provided, which was lil disappointing ( it’s not the matter of cost but a gesture of goodwill and commitment to customers)
For now, this is the best cycle hub in and around Yelahanka, a 4.99 - with few improvement areas
